Return Policy

Here at ETA Market Place we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us within 30 days of purchase and we will make every effort to satisfy you. If we cannot satisfy you we will supply you with a return authorization number along with instructions on how and where to return the package. Please make sure when returning the item(s) that the return authorization number is on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box. Due to health regulations we can not accept any returns for the following items: Underwear, Teddies, Teddiette and lingerie sets that include a panty, thong or G-string. All sales on clearance items are final. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that the return authorization number was issued.
